Intermediate Course for Office Management Assistant

The objectives of the Intermediate Course for Office Management Assistants (OMA) are, for learners, to

  1. acquire knowledge and understanding of overall public administration functioning;
  2. acquire critical understanding of the values, ethics and integrity of public procurement including e-procurement;
  3. appraise them of the new development in the field of Information Technology (data analysis, artificial intelligence amongst others) and also, the potential of digitisation in public sector;
  4. learn ways to increase productivity and adopt quality management techniques;
  5. understand the fundamental's role of the decision-making process for an effective and efficient public administration.
