This course is designed to help you to better understand what is Criminal Law and how certain conduct can be threatening and harmful.

Very often not complying to laws can endanger the property, the health, safety, moral and welfare of the people. Hence, in case of law breaking by public, there are serious consequences which are involved which can not only affect the individual but also the society at large.

 

The topics to be covered are:

The objectives of the course are to enable participants to:

  • Understand the court system in Mauritius as well as the general legal system.
