Quality Management is a tool towards effectiveness and efficiency in organisations. The link between Quality Management and ISO is very important if an organisation envisages to tread on quality principles. ISO is a standard that enables organisation to develop a holistic approach towards their operations.

This training course is specially designed to provide necessary skills, knowledge, competency and articulation to participants towards the implementation of quality management in their organisation by adopting ISO 9001: 2015.
