Course Description 

 

This course is designed to enable participants to learn about the use of Internet and Outlook. The use of Information Technology (IT) in the public service enables to have a well-coordinated service. This basic course in Internet and Outlook has been developed to enable participants to learn how these tools can be used in to their daily operations. Change is happening at all levels and in most organisations, the use of IT is part of the daily work. In order to be up to date, perform better and save time, it is therefore important that public officers understand how these tools can help them.

  • data protection.

 

2. Use of Outlook:

  • Introduction to Outlook;
