The objectives of the Intermediate Course for Office Management Assistants (OMA) are, for learners, to
- acquire knowledge and understanding of overall public administration functioning;
- acquire critical understanding of the values, ethics and integrity of public procurement including e-procurement;
- appraise them of the new development in the field of Information Technology (data analysis, artificial intelligence amongst others) and also, the potential of digitisation in public sector;
