Course Outline 

Leadership philosophies have often oriented around whether leaders are born or made. There are many cases where people not in leadership positions are called upon to take the leadership roles due to arising contexts and situations. Some leaders have grown in adversity and others have taken leadership to another dimension by focusing on the emotional characteristics. This course is designed to help leaders develop self-awareness, effective and polished interpersonal skills, help understand and manage their emotions, grow in adversity and lastly sustain passion for their work. 

Course Objectives 

The objectives of the course are to enable participants to:

• Understand the importance of leadership in their day to day work.
• Understand the trait theories of leadership.
• Understand how IQ, EQ and AQ enables efficient leadership.
• Develop an approach to leadership of their own for them to bring tangible results in their workplace.
