Course Outline 

Management skills are something that you hear a lot about but sometimes it may be complex for some or difficult to understand for others. Simply explained, management skills can be different skills that enables you to manage others effectively and this can be through planning, leading, organising or using such skills as conceptual, technical and interpersonal skills.
