Course Outline 

This course has been devised to provide participants with an understanding of the importance of working harmoniously for a better working environment.  This explains the Confucian Management ideas whereby a good working environment is not only important for the individual but society at large.

The course explains how the management approach helps to choose the right people, how to train them, build a team and let them do their jobs.

Confucianist believes "human beings are the essence of all things primate and of the noblest among all beings” whereby the principle of Loyalty, Empathy and Righteousness are very much present.

Course Objectives 

The objectives of the course are to enable participants to:

• Understand what is the Confucian Approach
• Understand how organisations should encourage employees to achieve their potentials
• Create a harmonious relationship within the organisation so that everyone benefit
• Develop skills and techniques in the teams for good leadership and continuity
• Understand the importance of distributing and coordinating human and material resources
• Understand that only when people work harmoniously that order of the world will emerge
