Course Description 

 

This course introduces participants to the key principles and practices that drive organisational excellence in the public sector. It emphasizes a results-oriented approach based on continuous improvement, innovation, strategic alignment, and stakeholder focus. The course also draws from internationally recognized excellence models (e.g., EFQM, Malcolm Baldrige) to help public officers foster a culture of high performance, accountability, and service quality within their ministries or departments.
