Course Description 

This course is developed to help public officers think ahead and thus plan accordingly in order to achieve goals set. The challenges that organisations face today is that, leaders must strategically if not objectives would be difficult to attain. Hence, to encourage public officers to work towards public service excellence, it is important to empower them with the necessary skills. The vision 2030 is to put Mauritius in the league of high income countries. Strategies to get there are key for its attainment and it is the role of leaders in the public sector to think strategically of how to get there.
