This course is designed to help participants to better function as a team. Teams are an important building block of successful organisations. Whether the focus is on service, quality, cost, value, speed, efficiency, performance, or other similar goals, teams are the basic unit that supports most organisations. With teams at the core of corporate strategy, your success as an organisation can often depend on how well you and other team members operate together. How are your problem-solving skills? Is the team enthusiastic and motivated to do its best? Do you work well together? These are important questions that organisations should focus on in order to better understand their teams. Emphasis is being made on training in order to enhance the public service. Therefore, it is becoming important that the different Ministries work as a team in order to help the Government achieves its vision, which is, making the public service efficient and creative.

The objectives of the course are to enable participants to:

  • Develop conscious authority;
  • Establish team norms;
  • Work as a team and its importance;
