Course Description 

This two-day train the trainer programme is intended to provide practical help to enable participants to grasp the mindset of an expert trainer, and appreciate the ‘inner game’ of beliefs and values as they apply to designing and running a training programme.

The course also covers different skills sets that are essential to facilitating dynamic and powerful training events.

Course Objectives  

The objectives of the course are to enable participants to:

• Understand the link between training and facilitating
• Define the steps in facilitating a processor content
• Adopt the right approach towards delivering a training by rehearsing, establishing an authority, using clear exercises and the appropriate methodology
• Develop a versatility towards identifying, designing, planning and implementing a training by taking into consideration the different parameters required in a training process
