Course Objectives  

The objectives of the course are to enable participants to:

• Enhance their written communication skills;
• Have a general understanding of parliamentary procedures, to acquire the essential skills and techniques for the preparation of replies to PQs;
• Prepare and draft Cabinet Memoranda, Information Papers and Notes for Mention; and
• Prepare formal and non-formal reports.
